ATIKOKAN – According to OPP, over the weekend officers with the Rainy River OPP clocked a vehicle travelling at 142 km per hour on Highway 11 near the Township of Atikokan.
After performing a traffic stop, the OPP said they charged the 84-year-old driver with stunt driving.
The accused received a 30-day drivers licence suspension and a 14-day vehicle impoundment.
The driver is scheduled to appear before the court at a later date.
