ATIKOKAN — A 37-year-old faces multiple charges after being found driving a commercial motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

The truck driver has been charged with impaired driving, dangerous driving, driving a vehicle with an open container of liquor, and failing to maintain a daily log.
The driver had their licence suspended for 90 days, and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
