David Egan Sr., who was previously listed as a verified candidate, is now listed as having withdrawn his name from consideration.
The town's next councillor will be decided at a special meeting of town council scheduled for next Tuesday, December 17, 2024 beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at the Fort Frances Civic Centre (320 Portage Ave.). Each candidate will be given five minutes to give a short presentation to council, and will also be provided with a pre-determined questions from council and allowed two minutes to respond to those questions.
