DRYDEN — A 36-year-old faces charges after allegedly leaving the scene of a crash last week.
Provincial police responded to a collision on King Street in Dryden on Sept. 22, when the driver left the scene.
Police said the driver returned to the scene prior to officers arriving.
The investigation led to officers determining that the vehicle was impaired.
The driver is charged with two counts relating to impaired driving, and was issued a 90-day licence suspension and a seven-day vehicle impoundment.
The accused has been released from custody but is scheduled to appear in court next month.
