Dryden OPP arrest two for drug trafficking

Following a traffic stop, Dryden OPP nabbed two individuals from Manitoba for trafficking drugs.

DRYDEN – In the afternoon on Feb. 2, officers initiated a traffic stop on Highway 17 in the Township of Bridges.

During the traffic stop, officers stated they had found suspected cocaine.

As a result of the investigation, a 28-year-old and an 18-year-old from Winnipeg have been arrested and charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Both accused have been held in custody and appeared before the court on Feb. 6.
