Dryden OPP lays impaired driving charge

Dryden OPP arrested and charged one individual with impaired driving.

DRYDEN – In the afternoon on Feb. 3, officers stopped a 41-year-old driver during a RIDE program traffic stop on Sandy Beach Road.

Through the encounter, officers believed the driver was impaired by alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus.

The driver was placed under arrest and charged with impaired driving.  

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the court on March 18.
