FORT SEVERN — A fire has completely destroyed an apartment complex in Fort Severn.
Nishnawbe Aski Police were called to a structural fire just after 4 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 28.
When officers arrived, they observed a multi-unit residence on fire.
The building was evacuated successfully, and fire crews arrived on the scene and began fire suppression efforts.
The building was a total loss.
An investigation into the circumstances surrounding this fire is ongoing.
