FORT FRANCES – A facility-wide COVID-19 outbreak has been declared for Rainycrest Long Term Care.
Not more than two visitors or caregivers are allowed to see a resident at any time, and staff and visitors must wear N95 masks in designated outbreak areas.
In addition, visits with residents must take place in their rooms, not common areas, exception in the case of palliative care visitation.
There are restrictions on admissions, transfers, discharges and large group social activities for residents until further notice.
