Following a collision, OPP lay impaired charges

Kenora OPP has arrested and charged one individual with impaired driving following a collision.

KENORA – According to the OPP, in the early evening of Feb. 13 officers responded to a two-vehicle collision at a business on Park Street.

OPP said there were no injuries as a result of the collision.

However, a 37-year-old from Northwest Angle #33 First Nation was placed under arrest and charged with impaired driving.

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Court of Justice on March 14.
