FORT FRANCES - The Rainy River District Crime Unit has arrested and charged Marjan Fraczkiewicz, 46, of Fort Frances with three counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual interference.
The investigation began on Aug. 31 after Rainy River OPP received information regarding historic sexual assaults that had occurred in the Fort Frances area.
The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 8, 2024.
