DRYDEN – For those wanting to travel the short route between Dryden and Fort Frances, Highway 502 is now reopened.

The Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) closed the highway early yesterday evening due to icy conditions.

However, MTO is advising that travellers remain cautious.

Currently, the City of Dryden has a 70 per cent chance of flurries or freezing drizzle with fog patches dissipating this morning, while Fort Frances 40 per cent chance risk of freezing rain.
