PICKLE LAKE — A section of Highway 599 was re-opened at 3:42 p.m. on Friday, according to Ontario 511.
The 160 kilometre stretch of Highway 516 just north of Savant Lake all the way to Pickle Lake Road had been closed due to poor weather conditions.
Environment Canada has issued a freezing rain warning for the Pickle Lake area.
