Impaired driving charge laid after collision

A 37-year-old from Dryden faces an impaired driving charge after a collision in the Rainy River district last week.

Provincial police said officers responded to the incident on Morley Park Road in Morley township on Sunday afternoon, involving a vehicle and a parked motorcycle.

The accused has been charged with one count of impaired driving, and was issued a 90-day licence suspension and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.

A court date has been scheduled for next month.
