A 48-year-old from Sioux Narrows-Nestor Falls faces an impaired driving charge after their vehicle was found in a ditch over the weekend.
Provincial police said officers arrested the driver just after 2 a.m. Sunday after the vehicle was found in the ditch on Heward Road in Alberton Township.
The vehicle has been seized for seven days and the accused's drivers licence has been suspended for 90 days.
The accused is expected to appear in a Fort Frances courtroom next month.
