DRYDEN – According to OPP Northwest Region, officers with the Dryden OPP Detachment responded to an alleged assault incident at a business on September 4, at approximately 10:30 a.m.
As a result, a 33-year-old has been charged with spousal assault and failure to comply with a release order.
The accused has been held in custody and is scheduled to appear before the court on September 5.
The OPP will not release names to protect the identity of the victim.
