KENORA — A two-vehicle crash earlier this week has resulted in impaired driving charges.

Provincial police said emergency services were called to the scene of the incident on Tuesday morning on Darlington Drive.

Police said there were no serious injuries reported.

During the investigation, officers determined a 23-year-old driver was impaired by alcohol. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the detachment for further testing.

The driver, who has been charged with two counts related to impaired driving, has since been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Kenora in September.
