CHAPPLE – In the early afternoon of Feb. 17, officers responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Barwick Road and Mather Road in Chapple Township.
Minor injuries were reported and treated at the scene by EMS, according to the OPP.
After their investigation, officers said the driver of one of the motor vehicles had been impaired by alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus.
As a result, a 34-year-old from Devlin has been arrested and charged with dangerous operation, driving while under suspension, failure to yield, and failure to have an insurance card.
The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the court on May 30.
