FORT FRANCES — The OPP is seeking public aid to identify a vehicle after the driver failed to remain at the scene of a collision.

An unknown individual collided with a parked vehicle in the Safeway parking lot at 417 Scott Street in Fort Frances at roughly 4:30 p.m. last Thursday.

The driver who was at fault for the collision did not remain at the scene and report the collision, according to police, in a news release.

After obtaining security camera footage of the scene, OPP was able to procure pictures of a vehicle of interest.

The vehicle is described as a newer model of a grey 4-door Dodge Ram, with a bed full of boxes and a body coated in dirt.

The OPP asks those with information on this vehicle to contact them at 1-888-310-1122 or anonymously provide information to Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) and online.
