FORT FRANCES - Rainy River OPP stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on Hill Road in the Alberton Township early Friday morning.
OPP discovered the driver was operating the vehicle with a suspended license after making the stop around 1:30 a.m., the force reported in a release.
As a result, the 32-year-old from Devlin ON, was charged with driving while under suspension and without a current valid permit.
The accused is scheduled in court in November.
