KENORA — Provincial police are urging motorists near Kenora to be cautious after receiving reports of aggressive hitchhikers in the area.
Police said officers responded to reports of two people jumping in front of vehicles on Thursday afternoon.
The emergency response team is investigating in the area of Highway 17 East near Whitehead Road.
Police are asking motorists to report suspicious activity and to not pick up any individual walking along the highway corridor.
