Search party being organized for missing man

Police continue the search for the missing Kenora man.

KENORA — Police in Kenora continue to look for a missing 63-year-old man. 

OPP officers have been looking for Kendall since Oct. 13, 2024, when he was last seen on Park Street in Kenora. 

On Wed, Jan 8, 2025, the OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) and K9 unit will search the Park Street area of Kenora.

This search will involve trained officers using designated police drones to assist in the search.

Additionally, police will canvass the area, distribute missing person flyers, and talk with the community about Kendall.

Officers will also be available to collect any information the public may have regarding the man's disappearance.

Residents should expect an increased police presence in the area during this time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue our search efforts.

Kendall is described as 5'5", 160 pounds, with short grey hair and a Mohawk tattoo on his right arm.
