DRYDEN — Provincial police have made a second arrest after a carjacking incident that happened last week.
Police said a 28-year-old from Dryden was arrested on Sunday as a result of their ongoing robbery investigation.
The incident happened on Third Street on the morning of April 21, when the victim was forced out of their vehicle by armed suspects, who then drove away. Police later found the vehicle, and the person driving it at the time was arrested.
Police had said that the victim was shaken up, but otherwise was not injured.
The second accused — Sean Flett — is charged with robbery with a weapon, disguise with intent, possession of property obtained by crime, uttering threats to cause death, two counts of resisting a peace officer, and three counts of failure to comply with the conditions of a release order.
The accused remains in custody and is expected to appear in a Dryden court on Monday.
The charges have yet to be tested in court.
