Serious threat closes Fort Frances High School

FORT FRANCES - On Sunday, January 7, the Rainy River OPP received a tip that a student brought a bomb to the Fort Frances High School on January 8.

Officers quickly identified a youth suspect and secured the school.

The public should see a prominent police presence on-site throughout the day.  

OPP is asking anyone with information about this incident to contact the detachment by dialing 9-1-1.
