SIOUX LOOKOUT — Provincial police in Sioux Lookout stopped two people for impaired driving in a span of less than 12 hours.
In one instance, police observed a vehicle crossing over the fog line numerous times and conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 72 and Highway 664 on Wednesday.
That led to a 53-year-old being arrested and taken to the Sioux Lookout detachment for further testing.
Just a couple of hours later, police received a traffic complaint. The vehicle was stopped several hours later just after 4:30 a.m.
The 25-year-old driver was arrested.
Both have been released and are due back in court next month.
