DRYDEN — Three people, including two from southern Ontario, face charges after a traffic stop led to the seizure of suspected fentanyl and cocaine.
Provincial police officers in Dryden stopped a vehicle on Highway 72 on Wednesday evening, finding the suspected drugs along with cash.
A 19-year-old from Sioux Lookout is charged with drug possession for the purpose of trafficking, failure to comply with a release order, and possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
Two individuals from Scarborough, both 21, are charged with drug possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
All three are expected to appear in a Dryden court on Thursday.
