Traffic complaint leads to impaired driving charge

A traffic complaint resulted in charges for an impaired driver.

ATIKOKAN — Provincial police arrested a 55-year-old from Devlin after receiving a complaint of a possible impaired driver leaving Seine River.  

On Sunday, officers pulled the person’s vehicle over near Mine Center and performed a roadside test.

The 55-year-old was charged with two counts related to impaired driving.

The accused received a 90-day driving suspension and seven-day vehicle impoundment.
