DRYDEN — A traffic stop led to police arresting two people who had outstanding warrants in Manitoba.

While performing a traffic stop on Grand Trunk Avenue on Thursday, officers with the Dryden OPP Detachment found that the two occupants of the vehicle had warrants issued for their arrest in Manitoba.

In addition to those warrants, both the 38-year-old and the 24-year-old from Dryden were in breach of the condition of release orders.

They were arrested and charged in violation of those orders.

Both were released from custody after their arrest and are scheduled to appear in a Dryden court in October.
