KENORA — A 59-year-old faces multiple charges after provincial police responded to a vehicle blocking traffic.
Police said the vehicle was obstructing traffic on Railway Street in Kenora on the night of Dec. 1, leading to a traffic stop.
The investigation led to officers arrested the driver for suspicion of being impaired by alcohol.
The accused is charged with impaired driving, failing or refusing to comply with a demand, and driving while suspended.
The accused has been released from custody and is due to appear in a Kenora court later this month.
