Wanted federal offender back behind bars

NORTH BAY – A federal offender known to frequent Thunder Bay, Kenora and Timmins has been arrested.

Ontario Provincial Police say Brandon Roy was apprehended in North Bay, after being unlawfully at large since Nov. 26.

Roy is serving a sentence of two years and a day for armed robbery, assault and theft.
