It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our mother Suzanne Marie Collins (Suzie). Suzie began her journey to the spirit world on June 19th, 2024. Suzie was born in Fort William April 7th, 1965. She was blessed and survived by 4 beautiful children Tianna-Sue (Tyler), Cherylee (Chris), Perry-John (Karlee), Clarissa (Johnny), Bryce, Jeremy and Garron. Suzie’s grandchildren Timothy, Aleeyah, Abrianna, Alexa, Harlyn and Crue. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy and she cherished every moment she was able to spend with them. She also leaves behind her siblings Celeste (Rod) Laurie, Louise, Jamie (Greg), Guy (Denise), Denise, Danielle (Lyle), nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, special friend Perry and many many more.
 
Suzie was predeceased by her partner and love of her life Cecil (Chum) Decorte. Her parents Stan and Catherine Collins, sister Margaret and brother Johnny Edward. Suzie loved having tea and coffee with her sisters, close friends and spending quality time with her baby Clarissa. She enjoyed gambling, coloring, arts and crafts and poetry. Suzie’s biggest treasures were her children and grandchildren. She also worked for The Office of The Registrar General.
 
Visitation for Suzie will be held at St. Anne’s Church on Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024, from 5:00-7:00 pm with prayers at 7:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held at St. Anne’s Church on Thursday, July 4th, 2024, at 11:00 am, followed by interment at Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
